ReLite offers shot logging with medication level calculation based on injection history, nutrition tracking for protein, fiber, calories and water, weight and body measurement charting, side-effect notes, and a "My GLP-1 Journey" visualization feature.
All health data is stored locally on-device for privacy (no cloud sync). The app is iOS only, developed by EnerKit (Singapore). Free to download with premium analytics and charts available via subscription tiers. Note: ReLite is a generic GLP-1 tracker that does not list specific medication names — it works with any GLP-1 medication.
